# City Manager

The City Manager is a service, provided by Aldeon Online, which enables you to configure "Tasks" to be automatically ran by your castle. The City Manager has <mark style="color:blue;">5 levels</mark>, each increasing the maximum tasks, which can be set up. The last level unlock "<mark style="color:purple;">Offline mode</mark>".

Hiring a manager cost \~<mark style="color:yellow;">4 Coins</mark> and by doing so, you will automatically be assigned a Level 1 Manager, enabling you to automate 3 Actions.&#x20;

For example, you have a <mark style="color:green;">Grain Farm</mark>, a <mark style="color:green;">Mill</mark> and a <mark style="color:green;">Bakery</mark>. You decide to hire a <mark style="color:blue;">City Manager Level 1</mark> and configure the processes of your 3 buildings ("Collect Wheat", "Convert Flour", "Bake Bread"). For the duration of 7 days, these processes will be automatically completed, without manual actions. The only condition is that the window must be active for the manager to take control of your castle (this is not required if you unlock "<mark style="color:purple;">Offline mode</mark>").&#x20;

Upgrading the Manager to Higher Levels (with <mark style="color:yellow;">Coins</mark>) increases the maximum automated tasks to up to <mark style="color:blue;">17 tasks</mark> (on Level 5). If upgrade to Level 5, you aslo unlock the premium feature "<mark style="color:purple;">Offline mode</mark>", which enables you to lock your screen and change tabs as much as you want, not worrying about the game (the tab must be open, but not necessarily active). It will automatically collect resources and conver them into products on your behalf.
